Our Vision
🏔️ Life is beautiful & hard. Let's play more games that help each other achieve essential goals like happiness.

🤓 We're fascinated by 2 core problems:
1) how to motivate people to perform better &
2) how to increase rewarding social connection moments.

🏆 Motivation is always tricky, whether finding it for ourselves or guiding others in that direction. How can we fuel more intrinsic motivators? We're also facing an epidemic of loneliness & isolation as detailed by U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy. We aim to be part of the solution.

⚡️ Dr. Murthy summed up our passion for the future of tech beautifully in his recent book, Together. We're excited to "imagine & design technology that intentionally strengthens our connections with each other instead of weakening them, that prioritizes quality in our interactions over quantity, & that supports a healthy & engaged society."

🧪 We're building social, multiplayer games for improving skills & are testing in different areas.

🥅 Long term, our goal is to build infinite social games for improving more together, while strengthening relationships & making a bigger impact in life along the way. We believe parents, managers, coaches, teachers, & other leaders are looking for new ways to motivate their people to continue growing while forming deeper connections.

🎯 We want to solve for more & better practice with games. Why? Because we are what we practice. It applies to everything. The goal is to get better at something, or to learn a new skill, but it all starts with practice & motivation. Mastery is only possible after learning to find joy in the mundane, repetitive motions while deliberately & obsessively working on something until it’s second nature. We can apply the process equally to very small things & to the largest goals in life.
WHY SOCIAL GAMES?
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
African proverb
WHY play?
"If you train badly, you play badly. If you work like a beast in training, you play the same way."
Pep Guardiola - Manager, (Head Coach) Manchester City FC
WHY play?
"The only way I can be sure I’ve learned something is to tell it to someone else as a story. By telling it in public, you also release all kinds of positive neurobiological effects."
Steven Kotler in The Art of Impossible: A Peak Performance Primer
